While watching “Beauty Knows No Pain” or “女人最痛”, a Chinese Drama last night. I heard this, “Every time you take 1 steps forward, you take 3 steps backwards. When will you ever reach your goal?” This woman was at her lowest with her beloved family, valued career and love life. Everything was a failure.  She lost all spirits. Her boss saw that and sent her to work with her worse nemisis who humiliates her and pushes her temper into eruption. In shame and humiliations she fights back and wins back what she values most.
Reminder: Your worst fears and nemesis can set you backwards but it can also be your best teachers. If you allow it, this can be a powerful source of energy that pushes you a lot farther ahead then ever expected.

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than success, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, gift, or skill. It will make or break a company…a church…a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past…we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10 percent what happens to me and 90 percent how I react to it. And so it is with you… we are in charge of our attitudes. “

“It is easy to be a designer, but not easy to stay as one, and even more difficult to be a successful one.”

Oddly I find this comforting. I don’t feel so alone and my tank got filled a little, just enough for me take one more step ahead. Thanks you Winnin.

勉强 miǎn qiǎng, manage (to do something) with difficulty / force somebody to do something
没有 méi yÇ’u, haven’t / hasn’t / doesn’t exist / to not have / to not be
å¹¸ç¦ xìng fú, blessed / happiness / happy
“人å„有志, 勉强没有幸禔 To me this phrase means, “Each person has their own will/ what they want to do/ lean towards, any persistent and negatively forced efforts on self or others will not conceive happiness”.
Do things that make you HAPPY!
